I saw quite a few women cheering on Tucker when he made that weird, sexist Daddy's going to spank you speech. I also know a few republican trump voters. I don't get it, but they exist. I don't get invited to their events but one of my neighbors does.
I agree. The women supporting Trump, are not shy about it. Precisely the basis of the article. I too don’t understand anyone from groups Trump regularly maligns or dismisses, fervently waving campaign signs behind him. Seeing women at a Trump rally gives the impression that Trump is connecting with women. Certainly that’s the intent. But, it’s the Nicky Haley voter, or the moderate Republican businesswoman that I am watching. Or the wives of the red hat wearing men who conspicuously are not wearing one. There are groups in this election, quietly going about their business, discretely considering their choice. And in the voting booth, in privacy, I think they are choosing Harris.
