I will be fascinated to read this, if only because it looks at Sequim. If you can pronounce that, btw, you were born here in WA. Sequim is in the rain shadow of the Olympics and hence has always been a destination for retirees. I'm guessing, however, that most of those come from other parts of Western Washington, the rained-upon bits. So I'll be interested to see whether migration from the bluest part of one of the bluest states is considered a factor in why Sequim is a hopeful example.
