Thanks for the Prop 1 analysis. I don’t know if the UT will do its usual analysis and interviews of people and laws on the ballot with the smaller staff. NIMBYs do scare our council reps — and they are pretty noisy. But they don’t seem to have any solutions, just “don’t put more people in my neighborhood” or “do intern the homeless in a distant concentration camp.”
