I read it just now. They are fighting a battle in court over clearing areas for fire prevention. Their problem seems to be with CalFire. I find their analysis suspect b/c hyperbole. Since the terrible things they envision aren't written into the law, I did vote for Prop 4 as a funding base toward meeting our climate change goals. We can't let perfect be the enemy of good.
